hardcore, cool track, great drumming.
I prefer more death-metal styles, but this is pretty cool, I normally don't enjoy more laid-back metal.

Please excuse for not knowing exactly why, but this puts me in mind of an Alain Jourgensen or Mike Patton side project. Why a side project as opposed to a band? Yeah, I haven't the foggiest. Maybe it shows just a bit less concern for convention, an energy that's a bit more raw, a bit more...yeah, I have no idea, but it freakin' RAWKS.
